Because once you ask yourself the question what about me every changes for the better. I mean after all, who are you, what do you want?  The Women 2008....

Therapy through creative means is a great way to heal, one of the most effective for me has been learning to view movies differently which I then imparted to my clients and I discovered that like the characters in certain movies I could handle situations because I didn't feel the manipulation was intentional until that is it became uncomfortable and it's at this point that I used movies to self-soothe.
Think of this process as though you're putting yourself in the shoes of a character or someone who's inspired you and as it's something that you do for yourself outside of confiding in close ones who may not always understand your heartache or have a biased opinion this will evoke feelings within you that aim to help you connect with the reasons why you're feeling the way you are through the safety of movies.
If you would like to make a start I suggest you book on for a free session to discuss any questions you may have or to do a movie therapy session after which you can pay for an email session to receive a prescribed movie together with guidelines on how to watch and pointers to show why things are possibly happening to you.
This is intended to start you thinking about your personality traits and how they are materializing within your behaviour around others with a view to understanding if this is possibly a pattern and whether you want to make some changes.

If you'd like to continue with an emphasis on movie and psychology then this program is for you ~ Positive Cinema therapy - a program that leans towards transformation through the viewing of movies ~ Click here for more details ~ email if you wish to book on this and I will send you a link or if you think you're ready for coaching then visit the coaching page for more details
